The owner/manager is a miserable b*stard and after today waiting in the place 20 minutes to... pick up a pizza ordered 40 minutes before, turns out it was just sitting there waiting to be picked up. No apology. I've been there multiple times before and the service is frequently bad. I won't be using them again. I went here primarily for the stuffed artichokes, and it was close to home. They used an artichoke that must have been old. I couldn't scrape any artichoke off of... the leaves. Then when the manager brought out the pizza, it was completely burnt except for four middle pieces. I think the manage should have noticed this when he served it and brought it back and cooked another one for us.
