They were nice and helpful. I had to ask 3 associates for help before I found them and they led me directly to the department and product I needed. The cashier had a nasty attitude and instead of asking me if I had a sku number she complained to her co-worker that I "Didn't even have a sku. " When I explained that another associate directed me to the front of the store she stated that her co-worker has the same computer as she does. As a former home Depot employee and customer service veteran this was was extremely unacceptable. I don't ask that the associates pretend to like me or smile but I at least would like to have the basics of customer service covered.
